From school leavers to more experienced hairdressers, everyone who works for us benefits from the high standards of training we impart.
And that extends across all our salons.
Each Forresters salon is under the management of a franchisee. But that doesn’t mean that our standards vary from salon to salon.
On the contrary: every franchisee is hand-selected from our bumper crop of talent. Which means that every salon is consistent in the techniques used, in the technical abilities of the stylists and in the quality of the cutting and styling. We wouldn’t pass over the reins to just anyone. We need to know we can trust our franchisees to uphold the ethos that Forresters holds proud. And we know that the stylists we’ve nurtured not only have what it takes to uphold our philosophy (quality, innovation and the customer’s needs are important to us) but also to succeed in business.
It can be difficult for young people to make a go of it in the business world, particularly in the current financial climate, so we like to give our gifted youngsters a helping hand. And they in turn lend Forresters (and our customers) their talented hands. And minds…
