	Shampoo and condition hair every time you wash. Make sure your shampoo will remove any product build-up that might stand in the way of creating the style you want. Ask your Forresters stylist for advice on choosing the right shampoo and conditioner for your hair

But don't forget that pregnancy is the ultimate test for skin tone and skin, which is in great shape, will be more resistant to loss of firmness and stretchmarks. During the course of the pregnancy regular body treatments will calm and soothe itchy dry skin, give some relief from excess fluid which leaves the lower legs and arms - especially ankles, feet and hands - puffy and feeling heavy, as well as give an essential boost to skin suppleness and firmness for the bust and body. While facials will help to soothe, calm and restore balance to skin stressed by hormonal change

But the best bit is that you get a much needed hour in which to put your feet up and by pampered, which means that you leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and a great deal more comfortable

And to ensure that you get maximum benefit from the treatment you book, at every stage of your pregnancy, Clarins has devised a special 1 hour 10 minute Mothers-To-Be Facial & Body Treatment

The Clarins Mothers-To-Be-Treatment

Ideal from 3 months onwards, this treatment is adapted by the beauty therapist to your needs and comfort at every stage of your pregnancy. It starts with a relaxing 15-minute back massage during which you're seated on a low stool leaning over the couch with back and tummy supported by pillows. Your then move on to the couch with the backrest raised and the knees supported by a bolster, to relieve any pressure. Deeply conditioning oils and creams are gently applied to the stomach. Next the fact is cleansed and rebalanced with soothing and calming creams and serums, applied with 15 minutes of relaxing facial massage which even extends to the neck, shoulders and scalp. To complete the treatment and restore a feeling of lightness and comfort to the lower legs and arms plus hands and feet, a 20 minute sequence of massage movements is used to apply oils and creams containing plant extracts such as mint and menthol

For best results a course of treatments is recommended throughout pregnancy, with frequency determined by the individual's needs
